Obituary for Vernon D. Follin

Vernon D.  Follin
Vernon D. Follin, a resident of Bedminster since 1978, passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at the Doylestown Hospital. He was 83.
Vernon was the loving husband of June Follin.
Born in Abington, he was a son of the late Donald and Florence Follin.
Vernon proudly retired from the US Navy with more than 22 years of service. He served during the Korean War, Vietnam War and the Bay of Pigs. He later enjoyed working with the Tip Staff at the Bucks County Court House. He was also a Masonic Brother of the Southampton Radiant Star Lodge.
In addition to his wife, Vernon is survived by a son Bryan (Karen), 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother Donald, extended family and close friends. He was preceded by a sister Mary.
Vernon’s family will receive friends from 10:00 am until his funeral service at 11:00 am Thursday, January 25, 2018 at the Presbyterian Church of Deep Run, 16 Irish Meetinghouse Rd, Perkasie. Interment will follow in the church’s cemetery.
