Condolence: A BEAUTIFUL SOUL IS NEVER FORGOTTEN.
Susan, Bev and Rip, it is not always how long one lives,
but how one lives that matters.
And it is not by what one has, but what one has given
that is the true measurement of a person.
Charlie has given you a lot of joy, happiness and wonderful memories.
Hold on to those memories, to all of the cherished moments of the past,
to the joys and the blessings, to the laughter and the celebrations.
They all add up to a treasure of fond yesterdays that all of you
have shared and spent together, and they keep the one you love
close to you in spirit and thought.
I am saddened by your loss and I offer my deepest sympathies.

Condolence: Working with Charlie at settlement at the title company was always a pleasure. Helpful, relaxed and fair in his dealings I was sad to see him retire. After retirement always seeing him on the Ocean City boards with a different colored bike every time. He was a good man and I thank God to have known him. Roy
